i really do not like garish farewells, but this being the last meeting i will be at, it was only right for me to tell you personally. you know, i love the work that i do. i love the work that i have done in the city for the last ten years. i have been doing this work -- this is my 43rd year of that and i'm very proud of the work that i do. i am very proud of the office that i work for and the work that they do. the hard work that the office does and the staff that i work with are remarkable in terms of all that we are asked to do. you know it's been great being the staff member for the council for the last ten years. and not just you, everyone, you know, we're all just passing through for the previous councils, the councils that are going to come after you. it's all a work in progress. and we keep making progress. i'm going to be making a more formal announcement in a few weeks and i will see you all at the executive committee meeting, if you there on tuesday. but for now, less is more and i just wanted to say thank you very much and wish everybody really well. thank you. >> ken, i wou
